Supper Club Program

In 2017, we launched our Supper Club Program to help refugee chefs earn income and gain hands-on business experience. Through this program, refugee chefs learn how to manage catering events and Supper Clubs. The refugee chefs keep 90% of the event proceeds and the rest covers the cost of food, utensils, etc.

What is a Supper Club?

At a Supper Club, refugee or immigrant chefs cook and prepare a meal from their home country. You get to enjoy their delicious food and learn about their culture and 90% of the proceeds go to the chefs.

You can schedule a Supper Club for a group of 20-300. A Supper Club can be a private event, or you can open it up to the public and Welcome Neighbor STL can help promote your Supper Club and sell tickets.

Whether you’re looking to host an intimate dinner or a large community gathering, we’ll help you create a meaningful and memorable experience!

Let us Cater Your Next Event

Our refugee chefs can cater your next party, from amazing appetizers such as hummus and baba ghanoush, decadent desserts such as baklava or basbousa (semolina coconut cake), or a multi-course dinner. Food is prepared in advance and delivered to your home or event. It’s perfect for a catered work party, a special event at school, a graduation, a rehearsal dinner, a birthday party, and more! If you are interested in ordering catering services for our home or business, contact us by emailing supperclub@wnstl.org.
